These terms govern use of devopsconnect.digital and the professional engagements offered by DevOps Connect.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or requesting an engagement you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services described
Pages describing assessments, reviews, advisory work, and retainers are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written statement of work or equivalent confirmation.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we create remain owned by DevOps Connect unless a statement of work assigns deliverables otherwise. Client data and pipeline records remain the client’s property. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate access, nominate contacts, and ensure sharing pipeline or incident data complies with their internal policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by withheld access.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, DevOps Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from decisions clients make after receiving advisory findings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
No warranty on outcomes
Assessments improve clarity around deployment frequency, rollback rates, and reliability. They do not guarantee particular operational results, uptime figures, or regulatory outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts of competent jurisdiction in Korea shall hear disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use; active engagements follow the terms referenced in their statements of work.
