About the practice

DevOps Connect grew from release reviews inside Korean product organisations that had dashboards — and still argued about what the numbers meant.

Why we exist

Deployment frequency, rollback rates, and reliability are easy to cite and hard to reconcile. We formed DevOps Connect to give release owners a human assessment of those signals — grounded in the applications they ship, not in abstract maturity models.

Our base in Jeollanam-do keeps us close to quieter operational centres as well as the Seoul and Busan product corridors. Travel for on-site days is part of how we work when a whiteboard and a pipeline terminal in the same room help more than another video call.

How we approach clients

We ask for evidence before opinions. We refuse vanity metrics that inflate ship counts. We write findings in language operations leads can take into planning without translation. When a recommendation would sell more of our time than it helps, we say so.
